Best place to park is Boronia Road, Kentlyn. Park at end.

For DH / AM go through the Firegate at end and turn left uphill for 100 metres and into bush on right.

For XC through Firegate to T-Junction right for 40 metres onto The Rock Trail. 6.8kms of Singletrack. Just keep going it will bring you out at the Firegate.

If you run into an old bloke with a big beard, it will be the XC Trailfairy. Heard he may be there next Sunday.

Checkout Comic Book Guys Map a couple of posts earlier. Pretty good Map.

Are these trails worth the drive from the city?

I drove to Mt Annan and while one lap was good that was about enough! This looks pretty close to there

Well i came from Newcastle and id do it again.

I wasn't prepared for 1/2 the stuff i seen.

Decent drop offs small jumps its a nice place, i can only assume the rest that i didn't see would be sweet aswell.

My local trails are fairly flat compared to the parts i seen its was a nice surprise. I will be back.

I really like Kentlyn, made the Newcastle-Sydney trek again last weekend and i enjoy the crank it sections, very technical, quit a challenge i dont see at all on my local trails.

Short and sweat, just he way i like it.

Ill get the the xc stuff 1 day.

The Rock Trail, swept clean after all the wind lately.

Can't stand all those Derailleur breakers all over the Trail.

crank1979 & Alex Dlugosch. I agree on both. I use only 3 gears on The Rock Trail. ( but I'm old ).

Love the Trails just after rain, as the corners really stick.

Hey,

Just found the delightful trails on Kentlyn today, didn't have much time so rode from the track head up from Boronia Rd gate down to the creek and along to Peter Meadows Road. Next time I want to keep going down the valley on the other side of Peter Meadows, what's the best way to loop back to the boronia st gate?

This thread is getting close to 200 pages, wondering if anyone has a good overall summary, or maps. Found this on Every Trail, is their more to know? http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=316836

Is that room for expansion of the Rock Trail I can see on that map?!

There are a few small bits missing too.
