A few months ago I hatched a plan to build the Boom Queen a bike for Christmas. She was always complaining that her bike was crappy compared to mine and the kids. So when @DeBloot popped his Liteville 301 MK10 up for sale (their relationship had soured a while back after a nasty break up), I had to make an offer. It ended up selling for the asking price, which was entirely reasonable, to another burner that had always yearned for one.
Said burner then offered me a better solution for the Boom Queen, which I bought immediately. It was indeed a better option as the main reason I wanted the 301 was because I'd always had the hots for them.
Long story short, about a week later I was the owner of the 301 and Boom Queen's Christmas Orange
So I stripped the 301 completely, cleaned and repacked the bearings, cleaned up all hardware, bought a few new bits from Eighty One Spices, applied drillium and reassembled. I pillaged the Rune for build kit (very sad trip back to the shed with the Rune frame) and here she is.....
