Oops, I did it again

I've cut up a guard from work to see if it'll fit. Not sure yet. And being a DH bike I have to be a full weight wennie .. haha

Slow week with other people's projects taking priority and getting in the way of my toys.

I didn't like the drop outs so made new ones. Rotated the brakes 5° for clearance to swinger.
Made a chainring guard, two off, one shown.
A 24T sprocket for the drive transfer, both are 20T. The 24T will go on the drive to the wheel for a higher ratio.
A new 18T sprocket for the wheel, which happens to be the same as what I have .. fffffffffffff .. so now I'm making a smaller one.. yup, I'm a dickhead.

Long time for the sled sitting being neglected, today I added some hope dicks .. full hope fan boy here. Now I have some time I can work on it and get her ready to ride.
And I sat on it for the first time too..
Looks small in the picture, 630mm reach and 430mm chain stay static.

I don't know much about them, but I want details. The centre section section looks similarly low to the trucks and the bit at the top, is that a brake or is it to clear debris that gets in the way? Might be perspective but I am curious

The front bit is the front spoiler to get air off the wheels.
You brake with your feet, I'm making new shoes now. They have retreads glued to the bottom.

Pick a shock, any shock!
I had the (left) R2C on the last bike and it was fine. When I say fine, I mean it worked.. did squishy things and has an extra knob. Always need an extra knob in your life 😜
I also have a DHX 5.0 and another R2C (right).
All are 240 x 76.
Which one is the better shock to use, in you opinion 😉
Do any work betterererererer than another?

I made a new main swinger pivot yesterday, I spent way too many hours thinking about the best way to make it.
I really dislike shafts with a fastener at each end, you can never do them up properly.
I thought about machining a hex on one end or something, but then I'd need to have more tools or some special custom tool that I'd need to have in the tool box.
That blows.

A couple of bourbons later and wondering aimlessly in the shed, oh look over there!
I've had a 3/4" breaker bar for ever and never use it. It just so happens to be dia 19.95mm perfect.. they are hard AF and chrome.
So, M8 in one end, drilled 12.5mm from the other to get some weight out, turn a step and machine a washer, weld it onto the step. Turn down the head of a M8 SHCS, cut the thread off and weld that inside the washer end.
Machine a piece of Ti as the doey uppy end and bamm.
Just need 2 x 6mm Allen keys and axle is done.
