Payment of $50 to PayPal MTS?

Logged onto internet banking this arvo, and see that there is a payment to "MTS PAYPAL AUSTRALIA" of $50.00.

I owe ebay 16.20 or something, but can anyone explain why paypal has charged me $50? Anyone? I sent them an email but they say it will be 48 hours before they respond.

Now I can kinda see why so many people refuse to accept payment through paypal.
