I haven't read any of this thread but here's useless my opinion.
We need wealth to be distributed more evenly, people need to work less but still have an income that doesn't give them decision fatigue. People might be more open to changing how they operate and thinking about climate change if they had more than 5 minutes of quite time a day.
Also we should all go vegan.
