Hey guys, update of my bike, It's complete! 3 weeks now since I got the frame(Massive thanks to .Alex. for an awesome deal) Can't wait to take it for a ride at You Yangs! Thanks as well to Beno for the Pedals, Headset spacers, seat and chainring bolts, got an amazing deal on all that as well!

Awesome bike mate, I've always liked the DHI's and the orange looks great! Although I'm not sure about the spacers under the stem?? Nevertheless ride her hard.:D

Thanks dude, yeah the spacers..umm...Yeah I can't be stuffed currently to cut the steerer, so I guess, It's staying like it is haha.

Nice looking bike... I've always liked the look of DHI's. The paintjob on them reminds me of a space shuttle :cool:

Instead of cutting the steerer, just put the spacers above the stem :)
nice bike though. Love DHIs, tell us when you ride You Yangs how it rides hey.

Spacers above the stem= Fucked up chest...Or face...Hehe
Thanks though, will give you guys a ride update when I go to the Youies next!

that thing will ride so weird with the stem so high...looking at it makes me feel weird. id risk my chest, when do you hit that anyway?

Yeah the stem looks pretty crappy but I will be getting new forks sooner or later and will get a direct mount stem, maybe i'll try out the spacers on top though.

Took it our for a ride today, rides amazing! Fast round corners, Loves being in the air, Floats over rocks...I fucking love this thing!

nice gt man very clean frame. got one myself and having problems with the idrive.... gotta say but the front end looks like balls man...

Put the spacers on top of the stem the other day :) Looks heaps better! Will get pics of it soon.
Plus the lower height is sooo much nicer for DH!

yeah i no man i run mine with a direct mount.... LOVELY! u no what one second ill upload a pic of my gt and itll be come a DHI thread ;)
