Post your Roadie

It had to be done... only a matter of time.

So post em up and tell us what you think and why you chose it or something like that.

Here's mine:

Frame: Cervelo R3
Fork: Wolf CL
Wheels: Fulcrum Racing 3 & Easton Vista
Drivetrain: Ultegra w/ FSA K-Force Cranks
Cockpit: FSA
Tyres: Conti GP 4000 & Michelin Lithuim
Saddle: Fizik Arione

Awesome bike, light and stiff, only downfall is the fork... only planned upgrade at this stage. Eventually some racing wheels as well.

awesome stiff bike. carbon really soaks up the bumps. only complaint is the spokes in the wheels let me down a bit.

I'll chuck my 2c in again.:p

She doesn't get out much though, fat people and lycra are really not well matched.

2007 Cervelo R3

2008 Cervelo R3 SL

2008 Cervelo Soloist Carbon. That's a distant photo, but until tomorrow it'll have to do.

only changes are my DT1450 wheels, which are running SWEEETTTT. other than that not really a single part on it i would change. it really is too good for me, but oh well at least I can't blame the bike! i couldn't host my photos on here and cbf'd resizing. i thought it would have an auto resize option so you could just upload any photos. oh well.

I have a custom built Cecil Walker, and my Dad has his father's Allan road bike made of Reynolds 531. The Allan is in pieces at the moment, but Dad is building it up for Mum to ride.

Photos of the Cecil Walker are up. Photos of the Allan will appear this afternoon.

Nice rides, but you cant really go past the traditional italian bikes like the colnago's. they are the most beautiful thing going round.

just put that together with some campy record and some bora's or go oldschool with some shamals and its sick. Even the oldschool steel frames have awsome lug work that you cant go past.

anyone got or riding any oldschool colnago's?

Whilst my tastes run to a Record equipped EP, my current budget stopped at the Centaur/Chorus equipped Arte..
