Pre-Race Meeting

What does everyone think about having a meeting this week to try and finalise details regarding the race. Or we could wait until next Tuesday as discussed in the previous minutes. There is only two weekends left before the race.

I will call a meeting with the DH commitee and Execs to be held later this week.
We should keep the regular Tuesday meeting the same I think.
