I remember going to a jag club day at philip island, and someone warned me “it’s next level loud but they will all be broken down by lunch time”
Sure enough, the offensively loud cars were black flagged and the rest broke down. Was amusing to watch a bunch of Jaguar tragics trying to add beer can diffusers to a straight piped v12.
1960’s Mk2’s 3.8L is another personal favourite. Such a thundering roar.
