Race face affect hub/microspline 3hub?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a microspline free hub for a race face affect hub?
Not 100% sure but I think they are a 3 paw formula freehub body.

Now that’s what a smart man would do, I’m not smart. My only complaint about hope hubs are they are noisy, can I turn the crickets down.
I’ve had 350s in the cart then procrastinated to long and missed a bargain, even nearlly bought an Xtr hub( yes dreaded cup and cones).
I would love to not have to get a wheel built but I think I’m shit out of luck
