hi just wanting to know about seeding for elites. how is it going to be run . Top 20 only get a race run or is it going to be just seeding in qualifying. slowest to fastest.

It's either top 50% who get a second race run or the entrie field. We try to give a second run to the entire field but this depends on the size of the field(s) and if we have time for it. We therfore decide this on the Saturday.

Red Ass Downhill venue for Round 3 confirmed: we will be heading to Stromlo Forest Park. Some major trackwork is scheduled in the coming weeks to bring the track back to its former glory!

That is great news! Not only does it mean the Blue Range trail may still happen one day it also means another downhill venue will be rideable in Canberra again.
I hope the working bee includes a dude with a grinder cutting those stupid effing steel gates off the track for good!

Because it's poorly maintained, has a shit pedal at the end, and is a dust bowl.

Well apart from the maintenance issue which will be resolved (apparently), the track is still fun, how is a dusty track not good? Just man up about the pedal

You would then need to close the XC trails as you'd need to use the closest shuttle road or...............pedal to the normal shuttle spot. Der!
