Samsung Cloud Help

Evening all.
Having trouble accessing data on my Samsung Cloud account and Google hasn't yielded any help. I can log in, but my page only shows that my data is there, and the quantity, as per screenshot below. I can usually see what's in the gallery, for example, then navigate through pics, manage them etc. Have tried sevral different devices, both Mac and PC, from work and home, to no avail. Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated! Thanks!

Oh boy you are going to in a world of pain.

I tried to move photos and they don't let you move/download all of them to shift elsewhere. The thing freezes and you have to do it manually.

I can't even access them. Actually got a reply back from their support department; they said that they're currently offering a dashboard, however my understanding of a dashboard is that its actually a gateway to content!
