Server running slow?

I'm experiencing a problem while browsing this forum (no other forums, sites etc) where if I need to reload a page, post a reply or just go back it will take either a very long time to load, or just I just get a server time out message. It doesn't happen all the time, maybe 30% of the time though.
It doesn't seem to make much difference between web browsers either as I use Chrome, and sometimes IE/FF.

Something happening on the server end?

OP, flush your DNS cache......there might be a wonky entry in there causing you grief.
