AM Transition to Banshee

This is my first build from scratch. Bit of a learning process for me, but after doing most of the upgrades on my Cotic, wanted the challenge of putting together my next bike myself (well as much as possible). Sourced a few parts from Rotorburn (frame from @r.ayres1, fork from @Litenbror), took what I could off my Process (brakes, drive train, seatpost, handlebars, pedals etc) and bought a few bits new (wheels).

Its going to be a bit smaller than the Process, might be too small even, but also wanted something a bit more lively with less travel for riding Stromlo and Majura which I mainly do. Went 29er too because I just like them more at the moment.

So here it is at the moment - still need to get the steerer cut, the front wheel redished and the shifter rebuilt after screwing that up.. oops. Also need a few more little bits to tie it together (seat clamp, new NW chain ring)

Yeah, the handlebars are the same green - want to get a seatclamp and some bolts in the same colour just to tie it all together!

Hurts. Requires Money. And is nerdy.
I did, its now boring old black. But I thought that picture perfectly represented the zen that is possible by annoying people with 5 different shades of green.

huh, it's always been one of my favourite bikes you own. The mismatching green's never bothered me in the slightest.

Then again it's well known I'm not the pickiest when it comes to fine aesthetic touches aha.
