Hi Schred, IRIC they have rebound adjustment but not compression. I'm not home at the moment to check but will update my response if I prove to be wrong (good chance of that!).

I believe the 300mm version were called "super monsters" or similar. You needed to look like knuckles to lift them.

That's solid. The diameter on those things is definitely under 12 inches.
