They are external cups.....

Set 3 is for head tubes between 108 and 115mm

Yeah irritatingly short to be precise, headset won't work for me unfortunately.

With my 44/56, the lower is ZS. It barely accommodates the 2deg offset. 49ZS lower might work with 0.5 or maybe 1deg…maybe.
Wish this was 49/49 to try on the alpine.
