- Rear Derailleur: long cage, M786
- Cranks: M780, 175 mm, 38/24 AM Shimano rings
- Cassette: HG8110 speed, 11-36
- Chain XT HGX
- Front Derailleur: XT, braze on, bottom pull
- Shifters: XT 10 speed SL M780 I-Spec. These mount directly onto XT brake levers (not included). Adapters to mount on bars are available online.
