Item: 2006 Manitou Nixon Super 145 w/ 20mm axel
Location: Brunswick, Melbourne
Item Condition: New. Uncut steerer. Never even fitted to a bike. No marks on uppers or lowers.
Reason for selling: Dont need. I bought these originally as a replacement for my forks, but then got mine fixed so I havent used these. I kept them to lower and put onto my girlfriends bike but have since decided they are overkill for her.
Price and price conditions: Reasonable offers please. Can post at buyers expense, will get quote for shipping if required.
Extra Info: 2006 Manitou Nixon Super 145. 145mm of travel. 20mm axel. TPC damping. Brake mounts are post mount type. Pretty light for a long travel SC fork (2.1kg / 4.6 lbs). These have rebound, bottom out and air preload (I think this is preload 'assist' rather though as I think they have a spring in them too). Ive got the original box and owners manual as well.
They would do really well on a light freeride or trail type bike (I think they came on reigns stock at one point?) but Ive also heard of people lowering them and using them for street/DJ or light DH.
