Extra info: To go on the Norco Sasquatch with a kids seat on the back.
Shifter is a SL-M780-B
Derailleur is a RD-M786

My bad. Mech is X7, and long cage.

my XT mech is long cage I believe. 80mm between pulley wheel axles.
happy to swap my XT for x7 and x9. Happy with long cage x7.

Sorry for being overly cautious... 3 of the 4 B’s I’ve ever bought have had missing or incomplete mounting hardware.

These things confuse me at the best of times. Most mounting kits show 4 parts, but only use 3.

The other part is for the rectal thermometer.

I am using cap head screws on the Muru. No rattles or wobbles. Be nice to be able to mount XT 11 speed ispecB to XTR race levers. Might make my own. Mismatch say those two wont work.

Totes not my experience. The 3 I pictured need to work together.
The 4 piece kit is often listed, but I’ve never seen this piece in use. It’s in @link1896 ‘s. Maybe it’s used just with the other silver bit. I really don’t know.
