6pm Friday XX ... Late Nov ... ride at your own pace. And do as many laps as you can handle.

Males, Females ... Children if you really want, but not recommended.

Easiest way to BBQ and not cook is Brazza. Punch some laps at the Horn, train to the city in a big sweaty hungry thirsty mob, teach those Brazilians a thing or two about being a fat bastards, party on Garth, party on Wayne.

Pub options include Mikes Grill (bike friendly patio), Sunday Road Brewery and or Shark Island

Loftus for the XC or tech trails, Woronora for the steeper stuff.
