Sydney skatepark night riding

Hey All,

I am thinking about making to most of the warmish nights and heading out to a couple of skateparks at night.

Summer Hill is apparently under lights until about 10PM. Is anyone keen for a night ride?

Summer hill is a pretty cool skate park too for the BMX. Will have to get out there again. I can't recall lights but it wasn't I ever focused on. So please keep us posted.

I am surprised there aren't more well lit skate parks considering they are such great places to do drugs and drug deals, allegedly.

Summer hills under lights, cant recall when they turn off though. Its abit of fun. Always a few bmxers around, and they're pretty nice dudes.

Fernside is under lights, it's usually super crowded with skaters (good skaters too, it's a magnet) but usually none of them are interested in the half pipe.

Hardly a friendly family atmosphere, but if you show you're not a complete kook you get some space. And the skaters scare off all the scooter kids.
