Not long at all for the wheels and they were quick and easy to deal with when I wanted to get a new free hub. The only thing they could not do was a rear 142 hub wheel build when I went back to them.
 
The thing about Raild & The Brig (same mob), is that they're grey importers. Not that they hide it if asked, quite direct with cutting out the Australian chain. That means stellar pricing on stuff, but also that they don't always have it. Some is ordered online through other channels, some AFAIK is brought home when they've travelled, jsut depends on the situation.

I've never heard of them leaving any customer to dry with warranty issues, they tend to sort that out well. But be aware that if anyone was to approach the local AU warranty channels, they'd be on their own.

Agreed though on all of this, the pricing is good, but stock holding less so.

Good question, and one I'm not sure of. The Brig does has a .com.au domain, so there must be an ABN or ACN somewhere in the mix.

It's pretty amazing what can turn up with a few minutes. But the domain is registered to a company called Flow Cargo Pty Ltd. I won't go with all the detail, as anyone can find that. But I guess there's something there for people to go for if they feel they need to. But from the domain you can get the holder, their ABN, and a few more details with a few other linked searches.
 
I bought some trp rotors from the brig. Came in a bigger than needed box express post which cost them more than it should.
I was happy with my experience. But that's a one off I guess.
 
It's a pity their Sram XX1 cassettes have gone up so much. They used to be around $400 but their prices now you're almost better off getting them at 99 Bikes on the club discount.

Summit Cycles had them on $490 (OEM unboxed). Not sure if they still have em?
 
Anyone bought their 'wingman' wheelsets/rims and have any feedback? They seem to be priced well, quite tempted by a set with project 321 hubs

Based on some recent comments, I'd be getting a firm commitment on when you'll receive your wheels.

Some people have had to wait until giving up after ordering things that weren't actually in stock.
 
Ordered Magic Mary radials on Thursday , tracking says arrival will be on Tuesday.
The Brig was the only place I could find 29" in trail and gravity casings in stock so I bought one of each. $255 total shipped , seems reasonable.

Edit: Arrived Monday. :)

Ordered a rear wheel on Sunday night
to replace an i9 enduro 1/1 alloy which was starting to crack at the spoke holes. Project 321 on their wingman prodigy trail carbon rim.

Arrived today. Proof will be in the eating but so far two thumbs up to the brig.
 
So there was a slight issue with the 6 lock adapter that comes with the project 321 hub not being in the box...possibly fallen out during transit. The Brig sorted it professionally and quickly. Wouldnt hesitate to buy through them again ... Probably will get the front hub rebuilt by them onto a carbon rim at some point.

First ride on the wheel today, wet so ended up riding mostly soft but not muddy fireroads plus one trail which is basically a steep rocky climb into flat awkward rock gardens the whole way. So hard to gauge feel etc. The project 321 hub really was awesome being able to sneak in pedal strokes on the flat jank. The wheel spins up easily on steep climbs , holds speed well (the hub was a touch draggy initially but rolling for daaays by the end). No weird spoke noises etc which sometimes happens with new (poorly built) wheels. The rim itself being raw carbon has a nice understated look. And was nicely taped.
