He's still driving the Liberal Party into the ground. He's at the centre of the push for the Coalition to take up the culture wars and he leads Advance Australia's lobbying with the Party. It's so clear that Australians don't want that style of politics (not to mention where negative and polarising politics will lead a nation). But he's so arrogantly ignorant that he thinks he knows what's better for the nation than it's citizens do.

The bit that I don't understand about conservatives ideologues like him, is that they can live their life exactly how they want. They don't have to be gay, they can be as white as they want, they can wallow in Western culture and pray to their god as much as they please. In a progressive society, no one will stop them from doing that. But that's not enough for them. They want everyone to live like they do. I just can't tolerate people like that. So fucking selfish and arrogant.

I'm against high levels of immigration for the simple fact that our continent cannot support a large population. The habitable & agriculturally viable areas vital for food production comprise a very small portion of the place, and we need to balance that against conserving natural heritage as well.

On a wider scale, the planet as a whole is unsustainably overpopulated by humans. EVERY country in the world needs to take some action in limiting population.
Perhaps we can grow if we stop eating so much fucking food.

Out of interest, what are your news sources?
What Newspaper(s), if you read one.. print or online
What TV news & channel(s)?

I ask these things because you come across as a toxic culture warrior absorbing Lord rupert Murdoch's talking points, and then vomiting them out like the basic bros who litter the comments sections of 7, 9, The "australian" and sky "news" posts on social media.

At least I shit on the liberal party for good reasons - and Man, there are a LOT of good reasons to shit on the liberal party.
You just sound desperate to score points. It's rather sad. No more undeserved affectations of smugness for you!
I had a think this morning, while riding to work. You've got a lot of growing up to do kid. I don't care if you're 30 or what age. You are a kid.

One thing you need to learn is that there will ALWAYS be people who disagree with you. Being resolute in your view does NOT make you right. Every topic of any import will have people at either ends of the viewpoint. You think there are good reasons to shit on the LNP? I think there are good reasons to shit on the Labor party. If you can't handle that people have different opinions to you, you really need to get out more and smell the roses. Your life will be narrow, and you will never grow mentally.

I have not met Rupert. But I have met many of these journalists, and worked directly with Captains of Industry of media. In particular in my own financial field I have worked directly with Regulators, Licensees and CEO's in various fields. I have the equivalent of three degrees: B.Bus. CPA. F.Fin.

Working at and with some high level institutions and people means that I am able to formulate my OWN OPINION. I watch Fox. I watch other channels also. I subscribe to financial papers, newsletters, websites and social media. Some of my genuine friends work for the Telegraph. What I do is take in this information, use my education, training and experience to form my own view. Seeing you genuinely think I am absorbing only Murdoch views shows the shallowness of your own thinking.

If you only ever take one side of a topic and dismiss opposing ideas, it means you are not abreast of the whole topic and will be making decisions without full knowledge. You HAVE to understand opposing viewpoints/ideas to be truly confident in your own point and be able to explain WHY it is a valid approach. That's life outside the schoolyard.

B.Bus. CPA. F.Fin.

Strictly speaking only one of those is a degree. The other one is an industry accreditation (and a somewhat sullied one, thanks to some epic self dealing by a former president) and I'm not sure what a F. Fin is.

I'm not sure if they taught incentives and asymmetric information in B. Bus but they certainly did in M. Ec and MPA.

Comprehension must not have been taught in M.Ec. My word "equivalent" means it is not a degree that I am referencing.

"My cat's breath smells like cat food."

I did a piss this morning. Fuck me it was the biggest piss you've ever seen! I stood on my balcony and pissed across the lane, over the neighbours roof, and splash(!) right into the harbour. There was so much piss that Greta made a blog about the rise in ocean levels that I caused.

Sounds like it shot out at 90 degrees.

While I didn't have a protractor with me, I do know it was angled up a lot more than 90⁰! My back and shoulders now ache from the strain of lifting such a hea y weight and staying on target despite the extreme pressure!

A CFA is equivalent to a M.App.Fin. and CFP is equivalent to a graduate certificate.

What exactly is a CPA equivalent too? Certainly not a CFA or M.Ec. (Or a CA if you listen to my accounting friends).

I still have no idea what a F. Fin is.

If your going to go all Captain Blowhard at least get your facts straight. They are called Bachelors, Masters, Dr of Philosophy Degrees for a reason.

I'm not sure what your cats dinner has to do with media bias, but Murdoch's views are well known and his media outlets and their employees reflect that.

So when you claim to be Andrew Bolt's biggest fan, it's not hard to infer where your ideology lies, and how that colours your analysis.

If you disagree, prove me wrong.

You got megapascals?
Everyone stay away from Newcastle, I hear the harbour turned yellow and fish are dying in huge numbers. The smell is chronic.

I got something less useful, a Masters of Public Administration.

I got to learn all the things that Ministers don't want to hear. It was like the inverse of Yes Minister.

Nah, that fit so well with ScoMo's whole image it's hardly a surprise. But chomping unflinchingly into an onion? Tony's either a friggen cyborg, or - and bear with me here - it's the most hardcore piece of campaign-trail political press theatre any Aussie pollie has ever held a straight face through. I mean I'm not exactly (or at all) a member of the Tony Abbott fan club, but I've got to doff my cap at the sheer determination to put on a 'interested and considered' face while chomping into a raw onion (with the skin still on too!). He's such an emotionless weirdo at the best of times, but that's still a level of sociopathy I wasn't prepared for when it hit the news.

I think he must have thought the onion was something else and then couldn't back out of taking a bite while the onlookers looked on, or something.
I mean, you couldn't and shouldn't right? He always was a bit fahn odd too.

If I had to eat an onion Tony style then it would have to be the pickled variety or a raw Spanish red onion but not raw brown onion. Cook those onions preferably caramelised to perfection.

I still have a soft spot for Mr Dutton eating that dagwood dog. That is a keeper.

Probably a brain freeze. He knew what it was, but didn't know what he was expected to do with it.

Any photo opportunity is a good photo opportunity when you are out solidly arse kissing for votes from the unwashed plebbage.

I do see your point sir. The humble dagwood dog doesn't really give too many wholesome options on how to eat it without it getting all weird and messy real fast.

Everyone knows you dont go full gobby king on a Pluto pup. I think Dutton, the reptilian alien plant, was trying to send an intimidating message to his enemies...but he got his messaging translation a little mixed up.
