To a certain level, or the entire test? It gets pretty hectic in the higher levels. Not saying don’t go for it, but if it’s the same one we did at high-school it’s certainly quite a challenge you’re setting yourself.Decided this year not aiming for a number of KMs going to aim for a fitness goal - decided that by December I am going to pass the beep test.
Full test - the one they use for Armed Forces entry in Australia - yeah gets hectic as by the end - Aiming for full clear by end of yearTo a certain level, or the entire test? Destroying my shoulder in January put me about 500km behind 10,000 goal. I've managed to claw that back to just under 400.Q1 done and dusted! How we all going?
I seem to be going ok so far.
83hrs logged, so are ahead 20 hours on my 250hr goal
Would like to crack 100,000m elevation for the year so are going ok there as well, currently sitting on 29417m.
Don't really have a mileage goal, but currently sitting at 1593km. So heading towards 6000ish.
I'm on track with my insignificant km pledge.Q1 done and dusted! How we all going?

Been struggling to get to trails, so only 9% of off road target at the moment. A week staying 1km from trails in school holidays should bump that number up.Q1 done and dusted! How we all going?
Good on you for realising you needed a change and for all the effort you’re putting in to make the most of it @ozzybmx.Its looking ok. I actually though my distance would have been more but Strava says no.
My elevation for the year is a bit off as while in Tassie at the beginning of the year, it was left running on a few shuttles.
There no road or commute kilometres but there is about 400km of Zwift, all the rest are MTB.
2022 has been more about a change in mindset. I've dropped 6kg by stopping drinking at home and after work and its still going, looks to be falling off at about 1/2 kg a week.
Also instead of getting pissed at home 3 times a week, I've been trying to do an activity, so that's helping with the 10kg TAFE/corona-belt I earned in 20-21.
I don't even miss it either, if feels great to wake up fresh each day and keep my 'socialising' beers for Melrose and social functions. Feels different to the past 30yrs where I didnt go more than a few days without getting on the cans.
Some days after a massive day at work, rather than coming home tired and sucking down 12-15 beers, I might do a 10-20km Zwift (sometimes forced), or if its been a good day, I come home and head out for a 20-30km night ride.
So to draw a dot every day is my goal though there's been a few holes already due to life. The all consist of a spritely dog walk/run, Gym session or ride (most rides)
1629km to date, heading for 6000 though would like to see that over 7000km for 2022.
