The "I will ride _____km in 2024" thread - commit and conquer here!!

Pretty much everyone is doing stella job so far this year! Hopefully things turn around for you @Cardy George and you regain some free time to ride soon.
Cheers mate.

Of everything 44 laps of the sun has taught me, the biggest would be that everything's seasonal. Work is in a massive growth phase right now, so to capitalise on that in both dollars now and "status" later, I need to let a heap of things fall by the wayside. Hopefully work will still love me in 3 years and I'll be a in an office not in the field, and I'll be able to make much more time for bikes.

Aiming for 5k again this year. Just shy at the halfway point but well on track. Time has been tricky last few months with a sick kid. She’s slowly getting better and I’m (mostly) squeezing in a hundred a week still.

Chin up @Cardy George family always first. I struggled when kids were born and limited free time and in and out of work but as always things will pass and you can crack on with getting back to it sooner than ya think.

My annual dry Jun-ly challenge: draw a dot every day of the 7 weeks from the 12th of June till the end of July with no beers.
37 activities done in the last 4 weeks. First activity of the day is the symbol displayed, most of the running shoe days had a ride also.
Around 75km by foot as a dog-jog or disc golf and over 550km by bike.
Feeling great but just a wee bit thirsty :p
