Last sunday saw more than 80 ladies of all ages and all levels take part in the first Hairy Mary 3hr race, at the Victory heights trails just outside Gympie.
It was hot, it was dusty and it was a whole lot of fun! It was the first mtb race for a lot of the girls there that day (myself included) and the enthusiasm and encouragement from everyone that participated was just great! I really hope they hold it again next year - such a great time and great atmosphere
