yeah these are in hawker , i don't ride this one too often , lately i've been riding the one at the top of the pinnacle itself

You'll ride better and faster if you lift your head up a bit, look further down the trail and rotate your wrists up.

Yeh, you can. Unless you look at your front wheel and drop your wrists only when you hear the shutter.

a good way to force your wrists up is to rotate your leavers so they are pointed down the forks...
