Not even juice, it's proteins and carbs extracted with a solvent after the more valuable oil has been extracted. Once upon a time we fed the meal that was left over to livestock, then someone worked out that hippies would pay crazy money for an extract of the waste product.

My rear mech decided to do something funky, throw the chain out of its cage and then jam itself into the cassette while riding today. I'm going to assume I'm up for a new derailleur, is it best to get a chain and cassette at the same time? Where's the best place to get them from? It's a 10 speed Zee mech, they seem the better value option while I'm such a retard so while I'd like XT it doesn't seem worth the extra.
