But how will this negate the expansive decision tree that opens up from changing the course of action upon receiving he advice of future poodle?Depends on your school of thought, perhaps future you coming back has already been factored in to the timeline and is a part of the chain of events.
The argument is that future Poodle travelled back in time only because he (you) remembered that it happened thus it's all just part of a single timeline from your perspective, the decision has already been made. But how will this negate the expansive decision tree that opens up from changing the course of action upon receiving he advice of future poodle?

But the continuum that sent me back has been disrupted...The argument is that future Poodle travelled back in time only because he (you) remembered that it happened thus it's all just part of a single timeline from your perspective, the decision has already been made.
Time is linear from your perspective. In this scenario you have been given advice by future Poodle and then you make a decision based on this advice, the outcome of the decision that you make is what leads to upcoming event anyway so ultimately you still become future Poodle and you travel back to give sage advice to past Poodle, after the advice has been given you travel off to wherever and thus your timeline continues. But the continuum that sent me back has been disrupted...
Ok...I'm going to need some mushrooms.Time is linear from your perspective. Was that the advice future Poodle gave you? I like him already.Ok...I'm going to need some mushrooms.
Current poodle's thinking...mushrooms for dinner, with a steak. But also it might be a good time to open the portal up and find my future self rather than wait. Was that the advice future Poodle gave you? I like him already.
Infinite worlds theory. But how will this negate the expansive decision tree that opens up from changing the course of action upon receiving he advice of future poodle?
He is a slippery mofo! The hardest part about time travel is killing John Conner - there has been several documentaries made about this.
The struggle is real.Worse... the Hambo zone, doomed to spend eternity procrastinating wheel purchases and swinging kettle bells.
Shit! Envisioning holding a kettle bell and just spinning out of time eternally like an Olympian midway into a hammer throw.Worse... the Hambo zone, doomed to spend eternity procrastinating wheel purchases and swinging kettle bells.
Sounds more like Atlas already went there.Shit! Envisioning holding a kettle bell and just spinning out of time eternally like an Olympian midway into a hammer throw.
Time crystals but with kettlebells.Shit! Envisioning holding a kettle bell and just spinning out of time eternally like an Olympian midway into a hammer throw.
