THE BIKE WILL NOT COME WITH THE BLACKBOX PROTOTYPE REAR SHOCK THATS SOMETHING THAT OSNT FOR SALE IT WILL BE REPLACED BY A BLACK OR SILVER PRO DELUXE ONCE SERVICED

Now for the nitty gritty, the frame is obviously used, there is a crack on the rear wishbone from a weld heat hole in a X shape these frames it pretty much happened to all my of them, so do though have a rear chain stay that isn’t cracked I can also throw in if it bothers you that much.

It’s by far the best bike I have ever owned and it’s the best example of an ATX in the world I’m sure a lot of other people will back me on that.

I can ship the bike world wide at buyers expense (right now the states I think are off the cards maybe due to huge tariffs unless you are happy to pay)

$4000AUD $2500USD £1975GBP $2250EURO OR BEST OFFER

Super V Active 3000 '96.

Scored this for $200 on FB Marketplace recently. The seller had owned it since new and bought the bike in Switzerland (the shop sticker is still on the top tube!) where he rode the Swiss Alps. He then took it with him to New York, and finally he brought it with him to Sydney Australia where it’s sat in his garage ever since.

The bike is in great condition but sadly the rear Fox Alps-4 shock doesn’t hold air. On closer inspection I found a hairline crack at the top of the shock. To get rolling ASAP I replaced it with an AliExpress air shock (Meroca) which fits perfectly and works fine.

I scored some Spinergy Rev X wheels for it, new stickers are on order. Bike has an XTR rear derailleur but XT everything else so I'm planning to move all the XT over to my 96 GT Avalanche, and I'll eventually source full XTR + a CODA crankset and call it a day.

PS: It actually rides... great! Kinda bobby and floaty but plush for blats around the block to pick up hot food and beers. The headshock surprisingly works on small bumps unlike the Mag 21's on my GT (which don't do anything at all for small bumps).

That's totally mad. The old dales are fantastic

Cheers man, I have decided to refrain from some subjects and just use roto for bike entertainment purposes.
Life is too short for conflict.
But be prepared to be bombarded with pics of my new bikes 😁

That is the spirit. I'm here for bike fun and am fine to let most other topics slide.

Pick anything controversial and it is likely to descend into a long thread with no conclusion and general sadness all round.

Inane bike photos leaning on stuff FTW!
