There's a bit of a movement getting started to try and get a bit of an improvement to a couple of the Skate parks on the Gold Coast. However, we need to show that there's some support for this idea so I've linked throught a petition that will be forwarded to the council. Hopefully this can get up and going and get a bit more stuff to ride especially come the summer nights.

HEADS-UP for local Gold Coast/Brissie riders looking for something to do THIS SATURDAY........................................ Here's the venue, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m86cY4iL0m8 Has since had finishing touches with added kickers and MAJOR grooming in readiness for a "Jump/ Freestyle" event this Saturday 19th Jan, 2013.. Featuring dirt jumps AND a 12" HALF-PIPE, the event is open to any interested riders... All ages, something for all levels......From 3pm till 6pm.....Not a rider?.....Come along and check out a great new local facility and see some great action anyway!....On Reserve Rd, Upper Coomera, just East of the Old Coach Rd roundabout. Here's a link to some aerial footage shot yesterday......jumps are getting groomed as we speak and Saturday should be an excellent day with a lot of quality riding.
