Tour De Rotorburn 2025 - Starts Sat 27th July

The flip side is that if you were on the juice you wouldn't make it so obvious, you know pretend to be out of breath just sometimes.

Just dropped out of the Olympics due to tiredness after the TDF and Giro double.

I enjoyed that one much more than Isola 2000.

Missed out on the Couillole, went on last night to do it and the TDF banner had disappeared. It said till the 22nd... well it was the 22nd all day yesterday and for a US based company, we should have had it today as well. Considering we can only claim to be Yanks or Canuks for our language with no consideration for English speakers in the Asia-Pacific.

Dropped out because he's tired or because someone not corrupt might be doing the doping tests?
Like I said, the guy is a machine and I really really hope he's not cheating because it's going to ruin what little credibility is left in road cycling.

Not a question I could answer, not even the International doping control have the technology to prove otherwise so its all gossip and insinuations.

Pretty dismal when someone does something amazing just to be called a cheat when cyclists are just about the most tested athletes on the planet.

Ran in line with the tour, so always intending to finish on the 21st (22nd am for us). I got caught 3 short because of my week in Sydney, so had to do the time trial climb today through the Watopia climb portal. I hadn't read the instruction manual, so just assumed it was running for the month.

I'd love to see a doco on what makes him so good, does he put out more watts, have massive lungs, no pain threshold or even a magic third nipple that gives him super powers.

Given the UCI has a somewhat chequered past with doping you can see why people are suspicious. Actually the UCI reaction to the Armstrong scandal had some parallels with the Labor government reaction to illegal activity within the CFMEU.
With any luck they're all clean and it's just people being upset because they are fans of other teams/riders.

Sports nutrition, amongst other things, has come a long way even since the Armstrong years. Being able to ingest 120g of ready carbs an hour WILL do wonders for boosting performance. But I would still be very interested to hear the sports science boffins views on just what is the limit of human capabilities? If it isn't 7w/kg for 40 minutes, at altitude, at the end of a 5 hour day in the saddle, at the end of a 3 week Grand Tour, then what is it?

How do they choose who will join the elite ranks? With all the data that's available now is it more just about power meter output and endurance or is there an overlay of mental toughness, race craft and generally not being a cock?
I have visions of a room full of sweaty hopefuls smashing themselves on Zwift while people monitor the outputs and cut the slow ones. Actually, this could be a great TV show!

Aren’t there already pros who started on zwift and ‘won’ a chance to compete for reals? I read about a female tour rider who did this-neve bradbury.

Starts next week. Zwift Academy.

1 male and female winner, female goes to team Canyon-SRAM and male to Alpecin-Deceuninck.

Get on it Pros.

This Zwift Academy winner has already made waves on the protour.

I can't be the only Roaderburner watching Paris-Roubaix ? Its the only other roadie race I watch apart from the TDF.

Seeing patches of wet road, a sprinkle of rain will turn it into absolute carnage 😍
No, you don't get to be the only ghey in the village. ;)

MVDP and pog up front.

Suck shit pog lol crashed, having to chase MVDP 20sec up the road.

MVDP now has 1min10sec on pog with 9km to go.

Some cunt thew a bike bottle at MVDP and hit him in the face, a couple of secteurs ago.
There's a spectator who needs his head punched in, FFS.
