Item: Travel bike bag
Location: Melbourne
Price range/Willing to Pay: Depends what you have.
Extra Info: After a bike bag for a whistler trip. Needs to be able to fit a DH bike. Doesn't have to be a top of the line EVOC, but something better than a wet cardboard box.

CRC's pro bag is on sale. My mate has one. It's a quality bag. Even has axle spacers for every configuration

I ride large downhill frames, XL trail bikes. I doubt either of those bikes will fit in that bag. I use this bag http://www.torpedo7.com.au/products/T7BCWN2OM/title/torpedo7-omni-padded-bike-bag-with-wheels and totally rate it. It's cheap, it's a square edged bag and doesn't take up half your luggage allowance. I have lined the inside with corflute to give it some extra support and rigidity as well which doesn't add too much weight to it at all but it ten times better protection for the small bumps your bike will get being handled in transit.
Still, I'd buy the CRC bag before an Evoc.

Maybe one of these? My mate brought one for a trip and it's roomy and strong?
