Just picked this up last week, 2017 Trek EX8
(Have since removed the reflectors)
Welcome (remove the dork disc too) :yo:
Nice. Was going to pull the trigger on a 9 but hated the colour (like the black/red of the 8) ended up buying a 9.8. Only had a few rides so far and loving it.
I was considering the 9.8 as well, but In the end I didnt know if it was worth me spending that much as I'm only a newbie.
No one will know once that plastic protector is gone
Be careful you don't remove anything structural. Those reflectors help balance the spoke tension.
The colour scheme appeals to me. For a noob you have good tastes.
That is a nice bike. But how short is the travel of the seat post?

Will take care of that next, but first the bike has to go back to the shop cause there's a problem with the rear shock
I don't know the specs but seems to have a fair bit
Can you reach the pedals if you fully lift that puppy? It looks waaaay to far out of the frame to me.
Might have to play around with it, that was just how the shop set it up / that photo was taken the day I picked it up as soon as I got it out of the car
What's wrong with the rear shock?
I can see how this shop fitting went...
"are you being served sir? Mr Humphrey's shall fit you for your bike.bthe first measurement is your inside leg."
You tards are chunts
Nice bike chumpy
I think this has been well proven Dr Watson.
Its lost all adjustment / stuck on the softest setting.
On the basic fox shocks, the lever is just for decoration.
Keep dem reflectors on, for safety reasons you know haha
Jokes, neat bike dude!
