E-thirteen and Hope have a good sweetspot with price, weight and range. 9-46 around 300g at about $300.

Had to entertain myself while watching this painful POS by seeing if he actually changed gears.
Spent most of the time in one gear, then there was a clip in a different gear and then back to the original gear.
