A bit of talk going around but haven’t seen anything made public, that parks have lost their appeal to block the trails that were previously approved in the mt Donna national park area . A big win for us .

Also was told the rough plan is to prepare approximately 30 kms at a time and open to the public in stages that size .

been a bit of activity up around the mt bride area with the fireroad that goes right to the existing trails looking more like a 2 lane road now, and to be used as a shuttle route to that section of the park.

@Stredda - points deducted for not referring to it as Mild Mersey, otherwise it's brilliant. :p
Each Red Bull Softline entrant should get the following in their showbag:

A participation trophy for showing up, because everyone is special
A warm blankie, because Tassie can be cold
A soft cushion, because a numb bum bum makes for sad faces
A laminated guide to the smoothest pale green flow trails, both local and international.
A Michael Buble smoothest grooves CD
A catering sized box of band aids for those nasty paper cuts
An optional cup of concrete, on the off chance that they might want to HTFU and progress their riding.

Funny you mention the concrete, as one of the comments I got for the April fools post, suggested that Cement Australia (the local cement plant in Railton) be a sponsor and supply cups of cement for all competitors.
