What are you doing to keep agile and flexible?

Acupuncture works by interrupting nerve pathways. I am happy to have proper acupuncture (not dry needling)

I'm the opposite, prefer dry needling. Other half is an acupuncture convert. I tried to explain that 99% of the effect was just lying down in a quiet scented room without having screaming kids and she didn't seem to think that was what caused the relaxation :)

I have a good crash now and then, seems to free up the neck and spine :)

In all seriousness, have struggled with back drama of late. Now onto a good routine every morning which has mostly kept me out of trouble.
Lots of stretching, glut bridges, core and some yoga positions.
Trying to build up my back and bum, but like others have mentioned earlier, squats etc have triggered my back so being very careful now.
Might need to grab some kettle bells, as swinging weights around is helping with core.

If you're doing barbell squats etc. get a lifting belt, as I get older this REALLY helps with the back, and in turn squats really help with the back. Had "a bad back" since I was a teenager, lifting weights is one of the few things that helps.

A cheap Amazon one seems to be OK (Got one for my Son) for about $60 - $70 I'd recommend a 10mm lever belt (Might have to search for Powerlifting belt). Nylon/velcro one suck and anything with a taper / weird shape just indicates people don't know how lifting belt actually work. Single prong ones might be good too, I've only used lever belt (Convenient). Takes a little bit to get used to and you'll get some nice red marks or even bruises etc.

When I was younger I only used it for working sets, now I use it for heavier warmups etc. (And bench and overhead press)
