I definitely liked the "quad" version of Crowded House more than the OG trio. Woodface is my personal favourite of theirs.
Fun fact, saw Tim Finn open for Jethro Tull way back in the day at Festival Hall in BrisVegas, he came out by himself with an acoustic guitar, it was farken awesome. Tull were superb as well. I remember I went by myself, none of my mates were into Tull at the time, as a pretty young bloke at the time I can truthfully say I definitely stood out amongst the oldies there

Old school Japanese jazz funk space fashion...what's not to like? Came across one of their songs in a playlist i was using for bar music and decided further exploration eas warranted.
There are a heap of those playlists around and they all have 70s race cars for their cover art. I don’t get it.

I blame speed racer! I think there may have been an interest in racing cars/motorcycles in japan across that 60/70s era. In this case that is the cover of that album. A bunch of the playlists I use at work just throw up ma cover from one of the artists...others use images that may or may not be ai generated to suit the theme of the music.
These all seem to be the same label. There are heaps of other in the funk, jazz, groove genre.
