let you google that for me
I thought he was a douche. But it was a long time ago.
Oh that's disappointing. I've done a couple of dig days with him and found him very affable.

It took many failed attempts to get them to seal up tubeless, in the end I think it may have been a ghetto setup from a sacrificial 26" tube that did the job. Could go as low as 5psi before things got precarious. What pressure could you run tubeless? I tried to go tubeless on some 80mm rims that were similar looking and below 15 pissies they wouldn't seal. I was running 6 so tubes it was and continues to be.
The rim tape used to flutter like a liquid fart when the pressure dropped below 15 psi. Tried new liners and everything giving up was easy.It took many failed attempts to get them to seal up tubeless, in the end I think it may have been a ghetto setup from a sacrificial 26" tube that did the job. Yeah, went with carbon Nextie for the following build, was much simpler to set up.The rim tape used to flutter like a liquid fart when the pressure dropped below 15 psi. Tried new liners and everything giving up was easy.
That bike! Looks way more trick than the Schwin Sting Ray I rode as a kid.View attachment 408279
Post Nz riding sucks so spend some more on the other bikes to make myself feel better.

Met another Burner today at the YYs when I caught up with @Litenbror for a pedal. Was a long time coming with quite a few failed attempts over the last couple of months. Last ride of daylight savings until spring for me.
Youies was damp, with some quite sandy corners but it was a good day for a ride and mostly grip-city.
Back on the wagon wheels too.

After nearly 2months of little to no rain it was nice to have some loam back. Fuck the dust.

It's definitely looking a bit grim out your way, hope those aquafirs get a good top up soon. What is ‘rain’?
Can’t remember when we last had a decent downpour in the West - trails are all fucked where there isn’t any foliage to hold them together!
Put on about 30kg. Will help with momentum. Finally got a little bit of rain in Hobart last week, so its not a dust fest on the trails. A glorious day with sun and a bit of cool, would have been rude to not get it out. A bit of XC work out at Meehan on the Trance. This sharp right switchback still beating me.... It looks tame, but there is a little step up right in an inconvenient place.View attachment 408394
How do you know when your tyres never touch the ground?Beat the rain and rode the local in perfect conditions.
LIAR!! Where is this loam you speak of!??!? All I found was slick mud, sniper roots and zombie leeches! I tried killing one. Impossible. It would not die. After nearly 2months of little to no rain it was nice to have some loam back. Fuck the dust.
