Um, yes - it's the humidity that kills you! I ride in 32 degrees up here - but I can start to feel it after a couple of hours.

Went to Bare Creek on Sat, practiced jumping technique on Bin Chicken - I was garbage ; practiced dropping technique, was also garbage.

Low cnfidence makes for a bad session.
