Yeah. I've got about 14k to go. So he's in the same bucket.
That wet wood bridge reminds me of a little incident I had a few years ago lolCruisey 30km around my old stomping ground along the Canning River. Spectacular morning after early rain.

That actually looks like a sick adventure day haha.Went for a paths/gravel spin on the SS. Had a coffee on top of a hill, then got stuck on the wrong side of the river on the way back and it quickly devolved into a mud slog/hike-a-bike. Good fun.

Yeah it was great. Stretched the 15km bubble a tiny bit but made it feel like lockdown wasn’t a thing for the morning which was a treat. That actually looks like a sick adventure day haha.
Jealous!
Is that Flemington Bridge?Stretched my radius just a bit and rode to the Yarra trails to ride some single track. Rain just got heavier on the way and the single track was deadly muddy and slippery. Much disappoint. So canned it and kept riding. Thought I may as well make a day of of it and go for 100. A first for me. Just need another 25km tomorrow to get to 300 for the week.

Yeah it seemed a good idea at 6am!@Jpez great loop! Smashed it. I considered YTs for about 3 seconds this morning until I looked outside and it was raining aha
Somewhere near there. Just outside of Royal park in think? Is that Flemington Bridge?
You're about 1km from my place if so
That's the one. I'm down the road in the old commonwealth games village.Yeah it seemed a good idea at 6am!

I’d trade you your proximity to the YT for my Williamstown and Altona beach in a heartbeat atm! That's the one. I'm down the road in the old commonwealth games village.
Nice area, but boring for a bike!
The clay there is a bitch. I used to use tyres like Purgurtories and Forecasters over winter there, now I just don't ride it when it's wet.Went for a paths/gravel spin on the SS. Yeah was brutal. Usually we cross back into Brimbank Park but after the rain the fords were all way up and running like crazy, should have expected it and crossed earlier but oh well. Was good for a laugh regardless. The clay there is a bitch. I used to use tyres like Purgurtories and Forecasters over winter there, now I just don't ride it when it's wet.
