What do you do with sliced tyres?

so I wasn't tired when the fam went to bed last night so head out to the shed/garage/man cave and had a crack at patching the tyres.

Stuck a standard tube patch on the inside with a metric shit ton of contact adhesive then super glued the tear together on the outside. The repair looks absolutely tip top and can barely tell they've been damaged. just wish I had a wheel to test them on as they look like they could easily be reused (but I've already replaced the tyres)

I can't see the superglue being flexible enough for the larger splits to hold.
