The meat is very purple isn't it? Is that infused from the sauce, or is it really that dark a flesh. Kinda looks very rare or uncooked even.

Some mash and veggies and I think kale, but the red is lingonberries. But yes, served quite rare with some initially offputting colour.

Dinner with host organisation in a cool restaurant up on a hill, there’s no way I could afford to eat there!!!!!!

It’s not cheap, and the size of a cupboard. Very nice and comfy and quiet though, and just enough room for the roadie and still allow me to get into the bathroom
