What does your day look like?

A couple of weeks ago Tas police formally notified they’d spoken to all the owners
in the area of diesel Territorys that matched the description I gave them, and no one matched and the case was closed.

I met the owner of one today at the shops and he was local. Not the same guy, but a matching car. Police had not come to see him.

So the police lied to me about actually investigating my hit and run. So that’s fun.

You fucked up in an exercise so you don't fuck up in real life. Good training. Or they need a better class of trainee.

I was quite impressed with the instructors, they set us up on that exercise perfectly. Gave us all the clues and threw in the things that would make us miss them. Made the point very nicely, and left me quite thoughtful!!

So you are now making these posts from beyond the grave? How is the afterlife working out for you?

Power went off at work before lunch time. We are building military drone launcher and retrieval trailers that have built in generators....

We become resourceful when we get hungry!

Sadly, the plods at the local station tend to be content to do as little as possible, not all of them mind you but some have lead in the pants syndrome. There's always the possiblility they used some other method to rule this one out. My experience has been until it gets to the detectives investigation is a very loose and ambiguous term.

In good news...I finally rolled rubber on dirt! Fuck it had been a while. It turned into a bit of a saga and I rode for all of about 45 minutes on this one sequence of about 20m of trail climaxing with this approximately 60cm x 60cm drop (there is a long story behind it all) but it felt good to have the bike in the air.

Upon arriving the trails were wet and closed. Being a good sport i respected that...and found a little stretch of rocks that were dry and had the appearance of an overgrown/discarded trail. So I played around on that for a bit.
