What tools i need to get into a Bottom brakect of a Felt 2005 Fuse?

Hey guys I hear like a weird sound coming from my cranks or BB when I pedal, not sure what I need to undo and get in there to see what is happening? I am coming from old school bikes so please let me know.

Also and good bike shops recommended for servicing.....

To get the cranks off - It depends on your cranks, but with most cranks, there is a small bolt that is tightening the end of the cranks onto the shaft, you get the correct size alan-key and undo that and they slide off. Do this to both sides. (the non-pedal side)

To get the shaft out - this slides out... i think..


To get the cups out - You need to get something metal and long and thin enough to fit in the hole where the axle was. and angle it into the cup, and hammer it out without doing much damage... Work your way around the cup. Do the same to the other side.

Now this sound, whats it sound like?

SO if you're in blacky... Jst go to a local... they should just to repairs and check ups ect...
Shouldn't cost that much...
Or just go to Croydon...
