whats it worth? giant AC w/ fruit

maybe be buying a bike, just not sure how much it may be worth. not too sure on all the specs or details about some specs. here's a quick list.

2003/4 (?) Giant AC
Chris King Hubs, front and Rear
Hayes 9 8" F/R
Marzochi Shiver Single Crowns
rock shox deluxe??? rear shock
titec riser bars

not too sure on the rest of the stuff, only been described to me. i have a price that may be negotiable. just want to double check. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

the SC shivers came on a earlier AC model, may even be an 02 frame, not sure though, 03 could be right too.

mmmm chris king cant go wrong ther, if it was me probs around 2k
but youhavnt mentioned a year of the bike or forks.
shivers are cool no matter the year. The rock shox deluxe shox can be a bit finkle but if your a smooth rider u wont have an issue. Hayes nine beter not get started ther (not a fave of mine) but yeah by the sounds of it the owner new his stuf. what they askin for?
