Wheel Bearings

The end cap is press fit over the axle. To get it off protect it with a strip of rubber or similar, grab it with a pair of slip jaws and give it a wiggle. It should just pop off.
The axle will be stepped between the bearings (I.E. You cannot get the axle out without taking a bearing out) Give it a tap with a soft mallet, it should pop the bearing out.
Once one bearing is out simply tap the other out with the axle in the opposite direction.

anyone replaced rear wheel bearings in DT Swiss 240 hub? Any special tools for getting out the drive side bearing?

If you're talking about the hub bearing behind the star ratchet, you need a special DT tool to remove the steel ridged ring the ratchet slides into. And a vice, and a friend to help stabilize and spin the wheel with lots of gusto.
