Why doesnt my display pic work?

Probably somehting simple, but im fucked if i can work it out. I have an avatar on my profile but it wont appear on any of my comments.

My guess is file is too large. That or the ruskies:spy:

Can you see others' avatars? There is a option somewhere to turn them off/on.......that or the Bolsheviks :deadhorse:
