CCMTB are having another skills session based on the previous one last month and run by our in-house NCAS Level 1 coach.
All the details are here on our site(http://www.ccmtb.com.au/) or on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/centralcoastmtb). Feel free to message me if you need any further info.
9:00 -11:00am Ladies (and girls) only session - Beginner-Intermediate skills with less grunt and more finesse. When registering provide as much information as you can to help Jarrad tailor the session to your needs.
11:30-1:30pm Intermediate Foundation Skills (MTB 201) - Covering the handling skills that are gateways to more advanced manouvres like jumping. You will learn to if you havent already or improve your ability to wheelie, manual, bunnyhop & corner.
2:00-4:00pm Intermediate technical skills (MTB 202) - Intermediate to advanced development of climbing, descending & line selection. A reasonable level of fitness wil be required to participate in this session due to the amount of ground covered. If in doubt, drop us a line and we will figure it out.
Rego is $30 per session. It is open now and closes 7:00pm 14/11/15. https://www.registernow.com.au/mtba/ERegister.aspx?E=2777
As usual, a $20 Day License, MTBA License (or other cycling body) or MTBA trial membership will be required to participate in these clinics
Hope to see you there
