I don't think he knows how. You'll need to make an account with a image hosting web site, e.g; www.photobucket.com. Then copy and paste the IMG code (well thats what I did anyway) into your post. Correct me if I'm wrong.

How can we give constructive criticism without seeing what you've done?

Or even easier would be to upload it onto your farkin account.
Just go to quick links then to networking and pictures and albums, make an album upload photos to it and copy the photo's code and paste it into your post .
